COVID-19 | Message from our CEO
As you know, the COVID-19 Coronavirus is gathering momentum worldwide and, increasingly, here in New Zealand. Here at TSI Group, we have activated our business continuity plan, which is aimed at ensuring we can support customers on all our products (Autoline, Orion, SAM, and Synergy), while keeping our staff safe.
Practically speaking, you can continue to contact our Support Centre as normal should you require support through this period. Please note that we are currently bedding in new systems that enable our staff to work from home and so you may experience delays in answering calls and/or variable call quality. For this reason, we request that you please email queries or issues through, rather than call. This will allow us to manage workload and our resources most efficiently, thereby enabling us to respond to queries as fast as possible.
For customers who have arranged to meet with our team members face to face (for implementation, training or just catching up), we will contact you in advance to discuss options suitable for you.
We know the economic impact of the virus to our industry could be significant. To help, we will be sending a series of communications on how you can prepare your business to best weather the storm. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if there is any way we can help you.
This is a difficult time for everyone, but we will be doing our best to work with you to get through it.
