Having an online presence is important to make any business both visible and attractive to potential customers. Customers commonly search for solutions online in the first instance.

When looking to deal with someone new, customers often consider online reviews to assess business before deciding to engage with a business for the first time.
Our research indicates that many SAM and Orion customers do not have an online presence which is customised to their customers.

We looked for someone who could provide comprehensive online solutions at a reasonable price to our customers and found Motorcentral.

The information is then parsed back into a Sam/Orion purchase order.

Welcome Renee Ioane!
We welcomed Renee Ioane to the SAM team as SAM Support Centre Manager on Monday 29th July 2019.


Renee’s professional career started with the Royal New Zealand Navy in the Pay and Administration branch. She moved to Brisbane into the fitness industry in sales and then sales management.
Moving back to NZ Renee has been in Customer Service management within various industries and sectors (Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution).
Working in some well-known NZ brands such as Hallensteins, Glassons, Sleepyhead, Carpet Court and Placemakers both in store and in call centres – she is very much a jack of all trades.

Renee's integrity, commitment, and passion for success, coupled with her management experience will help to further strengthen the SAM Support team, providing you with the best possible service.


Welcome Liam Byrne!
We welcomed Liam Byrne to the SAM Team, joining as a Business Development Manager on Tuesday 17th September 2019.

He will be working alongside Nicky and in the near future taking over south and east Auckland, Waikato and Hawkes Bay regions.
After graduating from Birmingham City University with a BS (Hons) in Government with Law, Liam worked in a number of roles within the recruitment industry, both in the UK and NZ.
For the last ten years he has worked as a Business Development Executive for Iron Mountain, a global records management company. Spare time is concentrated on sport when the social committee (wife & kids) allow.

Liam is going to be out meeting our great customers in his region and is looking forward to helping you get the most out of our products!


Changing SAM Font and Button Size
By changing the Font Size in SAM, you can tailor the appearance and readability of various screens to your preference.
For example, the ‘Work in Progress’ screen appears like this with the default font sizing.

 By changing the Font Size to 12, not only is the font size increased, the overall presentation of the ‘Work in Progress screen’, including buttons, can look like this:
